About
The Linux version should work now, sorry about that. I don't use Linux, and I had no idea what I was doing. Please let me know if it works! Bug Fix! There is now music in the final level! Whoops. Bug Fix 2! You can now win the game! Depth Perception is (somewhat) complete! Now with 6 total levels! You must solve puzzles and gun down enemies, all while everything that can move is rendered over the other stuff! You won't know if the enemy is behind the wall, or right next to you! luckily you have a top-down camera so you can figure it out. This is my first game ever, so I hope you enjoy it! I know that it is VERY buggy, but I'm not going to be fixing any more bugs. To fix some of the big ones, I would have to re-write most of the code. I just made this for fun, so I'm not going to be doing that. Sorry. Left click to shoot! Hold Right click to pick things up! Larger enemies do more damage, and green ones have more health and move slower! Music from Kevin MacLeod! (http://incompetech.com)

This is a very interesting concept. Nice job.

I second that. Nice (mis)use of layer masks and multiple cameras. Traditional level design and game traversal, but with the use of layer masks and cameras, I see some major potential for this if you plan to continue with this. I'll give you this idea for free: make an enemy/object that changes layer masks during gameplay. Once you mess with that idea, I think you can create an amazing mechanic.

After dying whilst carrying a cube towards a switch, I came back to the same place to find that the cube had gone. Had to restart the game to fix it, but luckily the level select helped. Other than that, good fun.

Incredible idea, the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the enemies. I feel it distracted from the puzzles.

Hi, the Linux version doesn't include the game's data files (I tried copying them from the Mac version, but that didn't include the Linux Mono libraries and crashed on startup when I tried using Mono libs from another Unity game). Any chance of getting a complete Linux version? Unity haven't yet made a web player that's Linux compatible.

I think I fixed the Linux build now. Sorry about the long delay! I've was gone, then school started.

Great Doom feeling. I can't wait until someone decides to borrow this concept and expand on it. 4 Stars!
