About
Inspired by Hotline Miami and other top-down shooters, this game attempts to translate that fast paced improvisational gameplay into the first person. Consequently, the walls are transparent, hence the name. Movement is fast, death is fast, ammo is short. Thrown weapons will stun enemies, just like in HM. Right-click Picks up/throws. Left-click shoots (when you have a weapon.) Esc for sensitivity. Each weapon model shows the amount of shots left in actual geometry. If enemy falls out of level (RARE) press f6 to skip level. the fuzzy games dev team hjaarnio - art assets Teh_Bucket - art and code Souler - character concept fried - music We'll be continuing to develop this after the 7dfps, we've got a musician working on a longer soundtrack, will improve ai, add new enemy types, level interaction and more levels, and possible make co-op. Tools used: Blender, Unity (free version), sfxr Linux build is compiled in windows, so you'll have to set the run file to executable yourself. (Re-uploaded to itch.io since dropbox downloads no longer work)

Great art style, but wish I had more an idea of what these weapons are... I just see red triangles appear when I shoot? Like the see-through walls.

radiatoryang: maybe I should make a page or something explaining the guns? the shotgun fires a wide triangle instead of rendering each line, i thought it'd be clear enough but then again it's not obvious to someone just thrown into it.

I really like the idea of a 3d hotline miami game mechanic. I think this is something i'd really enjoy if you get some ai that doesnt see in 360 degrees :P . Anyways cool idea. Do you plan on spending more time on this?

RadJor: yes we plan on improving Transparencies. AI definitely needs work (I'm working on some new pathfinding concepts right now). We've got other projects too though, so don't expect it in the next few weeks.
