Day 1 progress report a little late
I made a load of progress yesterday. I managed to model and texture quite a few things, then coded them in. As it stands I have about half of the puzzle mechanics done. Hopefully today I'll finish them off, a-s that would mean I can spend the rest of the week on level design, story, sounds and polish. This is also my first time using c# for a project, so I'm pretty happy with that. I've pretty much only used javascript with unity before. In the Image I've attached is the photoniser(the gun) this shoots photons. The thing on the wall is the photo conductor, this activates something, like a door (also in the image), when the correctly coloured photon hits it. The purple square is a filter, it changes the colour of a white photon to it's colour, this still needs to be fully modelled though, which will probably be my first task today. The white laser looking thing, is the actual photon. for the walls and floors I just made a basic texture, but I'm thinking of scrapping that and keeping them entirely white. Today I will be finishing off the basic mechanics and making sure all the bugs are ironed out. maybe even getting on to do some sound effects

@Davidson Yeah it will, I was just developing that mechanic earlier actually!
